To New York ;)
Separately, we didn’t sleep the entire night.
We arrived at the Changi Airport physically, emotionally and mentally exhausted.
You guys should have seen the look on Gina’s face.
Haha, you wouldn’t dare mess with her then.
Nonetheless, we were all excited and hyped up about the trip ahead of us :)
On the inside that is.

Haha! Gina brought like 5 luggage in total can.
One for her and her sister’s winter clothing.
One for her brother’s stuff.
And the other 3?
Haha. Guess!
FOOD! Tons of junk food.
I tell you, we are so gonna get fat when we return.
Think we have to Roll back to Singapore at the end of our trip.
Don’t be surprised. Hor.
Don’t say we never warn you. Hor.

Both our passport photos are damn funny.
We keep making the people who check our passports laugh.
Haha…Gina’s photo is like, worse than her EZ-link photo can.
You know how BAD that is.
TWICE. People laugh over her photo and asked her to change it.
Mine just caused a few giggles.
Just because I tried hiding my “luscious” lips in the photo.
It is a pretty awful picture.

Another funny thing.
Our names were almost called out over the PA system at both Singapore and Malaysia’s airports.
Why?
Duh. We were trying to find our way to the correct gate.
See what happens when we are left on our own?
Haha..I’m sure there will be more to come.
We had a stop over at Malaysia before we carried on taking another plane to the US.
So, on the first flight from Singapore to Malaysia.
Before the plane even took off, we were already munching away at the goodies we brought with us.
Like, Taokaenoi (seaweed snack) and Suan Mei.

On the flight from Malaysia to the US, before the crew could serve us brunch we were already munching away at a bunch of snacks.
We watched Click!
It’s a very very very good show.
Funny and touching.
And brunch was finally served.
They gave us a choice of Nasi Lemak and Omelette.
I took the former, and Gina the latter.
And guess what they gave us for dessert!
MAGNUM ICE-CREAM. Our favourite.
But really, I could tell Gina loved it more. She was certainly in paradise.

Lucky for us, we occupied 3 out of 5 seats in our row, and the rest were not taken up.
So, we each had 2 seats to ourselves for sleeping.
We didn’t sleep much actually. Couldn’t.
So we went through the prom photos Melissa took yst, on her ipod.
We transited at Europe, Stockholm.
Haha, it was like the first time we've been to Europe.
And we stayed there for about 2 hrs.
Now, we can include that in our list of countries we travelled to.
Though it was a mere visit to the airport.

From there, we had a loooooong 10 hr flight to New York.
So near yet so far.
Gina slept like a pig. Oink.
Took up 2 seats larh.
Other than that, both of us watched The BreakUp & Just My Luck.
And, she watched The Road to El Darado, Home on the Range, abit of CARS, Just for laughs (And laughed damn loudly), half of Friends.
I watched Futurama, The Simpsons, all of Friends and a little bit of Numb3rs.
The flight was in total 23hrs long!
It is like, one entire day spent on the plane, just being couch potatoes can.
Sure fat one larh. Haha..
At last, we landed at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey, which is in New York.
Not as good as expected. Airport was pretty run-down.
But we survived the immigration procedures.

There, we saw Starbucks!
Man, it is said that they have one on every street.
I shared a White Chocolate mocha with Gina, while her sis had a Caramel Macciato.
The African American lady who served us was D**N rude can.
Gina felt like slapping her.
Aside from that, the array of goodies their Starbucks had to offer is like, so much better than Singapore's.

We had to wait a super long time for the taxi-like car.
Like, almost an hour.
Then, we had to travel to Gina's aunt's place.
That took another hour or so.
It was FREEZING.
We couldn't feel our fingers and our cheeks went stone-hard.
It was an exciting experience though :)
I mean, how rarely do u get to not feel your fingers and get stone-hard cheeks?
We returned to Gina's aunt's cool studio apartment, took a hot shower, and here we are!
It's 1:00am here now and we have to sleep soon.
We have a long FREEZING day tomorrow.
minus 3 degrees celsius.
Ok, that’s all for now.
Tune in for more tomorrow ;)
